Any way to lower processing latency?

Hey there, I like to use my MBP for audio related tasks such as DAWs and occasionally game rhythm based games where latency matters more. I usually use pipewire's JACK for my connection, but with speakers there's noticeable delay before outputting any audio. When I plug my headphones there's no such issue as expected.
