In the desktop version 2.0.9 it is not possible to unlock Jade after it is detected by Green wallet

Description

the Jade is detected by Green wallet but does not automatically bring me to the PIN entry screen after choosing to unlock it like past desktop versions and the mobile app.

Steps to reproduce

Automatically taking me to the PIN entry screen after choosing to unlock it

Expected behaviour

I would expect it to automatically bring me to the PIN entry screen on my Jade after choosing to unlock my wallet.

Actual behaviour

With the use of a USB cable and after choosing to unlock my wallet---whether it be by clicking the unlock button on my desktop screen or on the Jade itself---the PIN entry screen does not automatically appear on my Jade.

Not sure what you mean, what unlock button? can you share a screenshot of this?

I have been having the same issue, also in previous versions of Blockstream Green, however disconnecting, reconnecting Jade, closing and reopening Blockstream Green multiple times in various sequences usually eventually brought up the PIN entry on JADE.

Now in the latest versions it never comes up so it is impossible to use JADE / access existing wallets.

Blockstream Green will show "Unlock your device to continue" while the JADE will show "Unlock Jade" and the PIN entry screen will never appear.

This is on Mac Apple M3 Max
Blockstream Green 2.0.10
JADE is on fw 1.0.30

After some more testing, it seems that JADE must not be connected to the computer until after Blockstream Green is open and has established a Tor circuit.

Only then connect JADE, and the PIN entry comes up on JADE.
