Gradient colors

So after looking at some examples for a project of mine i found the folowing code on Volos Projects on Youtube and whas wondering if theirs a way to tweak the code a bit to draw circles rectangulars arc's etc maby. The code i fount is as follows:

Originally it whas used to draw gradient sliders i tryd to replicate it with yust a normal circle however color whas from middel of screen to outer border instead of plain circle.
