As a prodbioinfo user,
I want the delivery message for tomte cases to reflect the current upload logic,
So that incorrect scout links are not sent to the customers.

Acceptance Criteria

• The delivery message for tomte cases with data delivery including scout, lists the scout links for the DNA cases that the RNA results were uploaded to.

Notes

The delivery message logic should be similar to mip-rna cases. We will need to check that the upload logic is the same and only in that case can we re-use the delivery message logic.
