Issue description

The phial item displayed in the Phials of Media chapter takes you to the page for Craft Phial when clicked. However, this causes the text Craft Phial to render in the hover tooltip, on top of the existing item name. Given that the Craft Phial page is also quite clearly linked on the preceding page, I don't really think it needs to be linked on the item itself too, especially since doing so causes this weird rendering.

Other information

Based on my rudimentary Patchouli knowledge, I'm guessing this link is due to Craft Phial somehow being designated as the recipe page for phials. That's an entirely logical decision, but as mentioned above there's already a very obvious link to the Craft Phial page elsewhere in the phial entry, and I don't think phials appear anywhere else in the hex book. Thus I think the simplest solution would just be to remove whatever is telling the book that Craft Phial is the recipe for a phial.
