In the App Drawer, we have alphabet bar on the side allows quick navigation by tapping a specific letter.
Nothing changes visually excepts the side bar.
If I want to open GitHub, I can quickly press G and open it, R will scroll to apps like Reddit.

I'm bad at explaining, and my default launcher have this feature XOS Launcher. But for privacy reasons, I will blur the app list.
