Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open the application

  2. Click on Settings

  3. Click on Users

  4. On Enroll User enter all details , select groups

  5. Click on Send invites

  6. Notice, an error is displayed

Yes as the email in local is not configured

By default, it is supposed to output the mail to standard out, when MAIL_URL environment variable is not set.

Was there a previous bug resolution that overrode this default behavior?
