Nurses use language such as 'number of beds' but they don't mean physical beds or even care which beds are open; rather they mean the number of 'patients' that they can manage
So we could/should add a slider that represents the 'cap' to 'capacity' and use this to indicate when we are reaching/exceeding our 'demand' ceiling
