问题描述 / Description of the issue：
接入豆包作为翻译源时报错404
豆包导入openAI接口时的请求地址为https://ark.cn-beijing.volces.com/api/v3/chat/completions
使用V3而非常见的V1
验证模型时显示Request failed with status code 404
