Add possibility to extend BlockMetadata with extra properties

To make it easy to generate css-classes, attributes and so forth from context methods like ItemOpen it would be good if it was possible to register code to add info to the BlockMetadata. If given the blocks contentAreaItem and IContent one could then extract info about implemented interfaces, property-values, attributes, display-options and apply it to the meatadata.
