IRC announcement of modreqs

We're working on a Modreq API, along with that will come a viewing page and IRC announcements.

Let me ask this - should viewing of Modreqs be available to staff only? Or should we show some parts of the Modreqs to the public and full details to staff?

Modreqs on any server with pvp element should have everything other than the fact there is one waiting to be done secret. A strictly creative or pve server should have the modreq visible. As a player I like reading them.
