[BUG] disconnecting from server after joining another world in towny

Prerequisites

• I made sure I am running the latest development build
• I tried to look for similar issues before opening a new one
• I have set debugmessages=true in config to diagnose my issue
• I have redacted session tokens and passwords before attaching screenshots

Minecraft Version

1.16.5

Console Client Version

Latest

Expected Behavior

Join server and dont disconnect

Actual Behavior

joining to server then says "Disconnected by Server : Unexpected teleport confirmation id: 2"

Steps to Reproduce the bug

1. Join oyna.ronemacraft.com
2. login
3. write /towny, when joined it disconnects

I ask to server owners its happening because the resource pack plugin the server has in it i dont know how to solve it for now if anyone have an opinion i am open to any idea
