Current software can't capture NetEase Cloud Music

If the software used SMTC (there are also regular Win32 types in some header), current-song2 would automatically support it.
I'd be happy with supporting this app (just need to learn how to use it - maybe we could also support checking the window title).

No, it doesn't use SMTC
