After some discussion on email, we are confirming the following:

  1. We are only ingesting data that has the value of certainty = "high". This is the same as saying the certainty is "unequivocal"
  2. Data in the trait field will be the name of the trait we are looking at, currently only: "flower" or "fruit". We will still have the field certainty, but all values to be ingested will have the value of "high". anything with "low" will be discarded.
  3. The trait field "flower" or "fruit" will be mapped to "flower present" and "fruit present" to match the respective ontology terms.
