Rethink outline of wiki Home page

Hi EventManagement Team! Great job at the Detroit Sprint! :)

I wanted to submit an Issue to encourage you to rethink the outline of the wiki Home page. The information currently stored here is very much the same as what has been captured in the README file. I'd recommend taking an outline approach that includes links to existing wiki pages broken up by Sections.
