Replace hard strings with localization. Add English and German locales. Don't forget localized URLs to homepage...

This is one of the next tasks. An intermediate alternative solution with less complexity could be cloning the code into a German and an English variant.

We should consider using the Debian package php-php-gettext to implement this.

I'd suggest to use php-intl if we plan on supporting time slots. so the latter get rendered according to the locale.
