User Story:

As a Resident, I want the ability to see the most recent helpful links on my dashboard so that I can easily see what new content has been added to the system.

Description:

This task involves creating or updating the existing dashboard component to show the 5 most recent links instead of the previous Resource Management collections and links.

Tasks:

• Create/update a Resident Dashboard component to show 5 most recent helpful links.
  • The component should display up to 5 most recent helpful links.
  • Each link shows the title and navigates the resident to the URL when they click on it.
  • When a resident clicks on a link their click is tracked as activity.
• If no helpful links are available, hide the component in the dashboard.
