Remove Unused interfaces and models within frontend common.ts and relevant models files

There are several places where there are unused interface created within common.ts that have are residual from past uses. This ticket should clean them up.

If we need to remove things that we might bring back or that (likely) took significant effort, then we should document it on the Team Wiki (see Deprecated Features and Components).
