Compile Kernel and Modules

Hi, i tried for days to compile your kernel with ath9k modules but i've always failed to got this module to work

The last one is: the modules are compiled for kernel ver: 3.0.36rk31+ but my picuntu linuxroot searches them in lib/modules/3.0.36+ folder. If i rename the folder to 3.0.36+ i got "invalid module format" error obviously.

I now its a noob question but i've spending night and days on this little painful tv stick and i'd like to get over it!

please help
