Feature_Request: Improve Testimonial Section by Organizing Testimonials Better

<The problem is with organization of testimonials i.e 2 testimonials on the first section and only 1 on the second section >

Describe the solution you'd like
<1)Ensure all testimonials follow a uniform structure, which looks appealing to users
2)Adjust the layout for different screen sizes.>

Describe alternatives you've considered
<1)Implement an automatic sliding carousel with manual navigation options.
2)Pin the most impactful testimonials at the top.
3)Highlight testimonials with the highest star ratings
4)Add video testimonials where possible
