Another hardcore mod

This is my first module for hardcore server. I want to inted to keep it simple, and keeping the ghost form, don't kicking, don't deleting (only if player wants). It needs some polish but works.

You can configure a level range for the hardcore settings, for example from 10 to 79, or all levels, etc...
