Amani'shi Trainer missing abilities

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

Amani'shi Trainer should use Incite Rage on a random friendly beast.

Amani'shi Trainer should use Sleep on random enemy target

TBC Classic at 19:50 , you can see a warrior was put to sleep for 10s

TBC Classic at 20:09 , Amani Dragonhawk gain Incite Rage from Amani'shi Trainer and also used Sleep on a priest then a warlock

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. .go c id 23774
2. Fight Amani'shi Trainer

Extra Notes

According to wowhead comments , Amani'shi Trainer can be MC'd and buff friendly "beast" like pets or druid feral.
