Currently, with the changes done in #151 there is a wrapper around (secret, content-type) but our current file backend implementation doesn't store that content-type anywhere. It would be nice if we can store it, as an attribute as the client side makes use of it.

The mentioned PR also links to what attribute name is used by KWallet for that.
