I followed the steps for setup but every time I run munkiimport --configure I get the following error:

This plugin uses the boto3 module. Please install it with:
   pip install boto3 --user

I am trying to get this working with Munki 4.1. Am I pushing my luck, is Munki-s3Repo strictly for Munki 3.x? How would I get the Python that comes with Munki 4 to see boto3?

epilogue: I just installed 3.6.4 which is the last version of Munki that uses the Apple default python instance and it works fine. Just need to upgrade instructions on how to install boto3 into the local python instance.

Thanks
