Interface broken - no horizontal scrolling

Describe the bug
There is no horizontal scrolling possible

To Reproduce
Choose a category wider/larger than your screen e.g. CMS
Try to scroll to the right

Expected behavior
See all reported packages

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Linux
  Browsers: Firefox (130.1 all apps disabled), Mercury 129, Chromium 129, Opera 113

Ah, found the horizontal scroll bar by accident - it is normally hidden: Why?
So the site is not totally broken just a very poor interface

Scrolling down the page with the mouse in the white border/margin (or on the vertical scroll bar) and the horizontal scroller never appears

Furthermore, the floating title-bar is not associated with horizontal scroller so when scrolling right, the floating title bar is still locked in-place referring to items no longer in the many body.
