User list does not update when user logs in as administrator #273

When a registered user is authorized as administrator, the change is not immediately updated in the user list for other administrators.

Steps to reproduce:

Log in as user A
Log in as user B
Log in to /admin to authorize as administrator as user A
Go to user list as user A
Log in to /admin to authorize as administrator as user B

The user list will not be updated with the permission status of user B after they authorized.
