[2.x] Can't access settings and security page. #4160

Current Behavior

When enter the settings or security page, it jump to the home page.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to https://nightly.flarum.site
Register or login (use [email protected] email)
Go to "Profile page"
Click "Settings" or "Security"
It has jumped to the homepage.

Expected Behavior

Open the settings or security page normally.

Browser: Safari latest version
