Signing a transaction from cast wallet accounts

How can i sign a transaction using vm.sign()

if i send a transaction with the private key then i was able to

but i don't want to store my private key in .env or in any plain text

how can i use an account that was in in cast wallets

Use --keystore <PATH_TO_KEYSTORE> e.g. --keystore ~/.foundry/keystores/wallet
