bug: Make it more clear on how to place marker and confirm locations

Description:

• "When selecting a location on the map, I think we should be more apparent on how to confirm the selected location. Users would have to click on the icon twice to do so right now and that isn't really made obvious. Adding a confirmation button or small note telling the user how to confirm the item location might help" - RS
• "Confusing how to place marker and confirm location" - PS

To do

• Update the logic to display the popup whenever the user finishes moving the marker, instead of showing it when the marker is clicked (as it currently functions).

• Note: The popup should disappear while the marker is being moved and only reappear once the marker has been placed in its new position.
