By adding: jupyterlab-citation-manager in the requirements.txt doesn't work with https://github.com/codespaces

Need to be installed by running this in a code notebook cell:

!pip install jupyterlab-citation-manager

Wring version was specified in the requirements.txt with jupyterlab-citation-manager==1.0.0 - it's ok
