Add event commands for Guess The Anime

Problem Statement

The original plan for the discord bot was to provide interactive information on our events. A seasonal event we always have is GTA (Guess The Anime). We should provide commands related to this event for people to use

Proposed Solution

There are many commands and features we could provide, but we still want to make anilist the frontrunner for the event. Because of this, we want to err on the side of primarily providing information and statistics and not core GTA functionality. Commands we should add are:

Core Commands

• Ability to see how long until you can play again
  • We get asked this quite often. Would be nice to have a built in command to tell you
• Ability to see current score
• Ability to see leaderboard
• Link to FAQs (probably in the form of a help command)
