Edit dataset's retrieval method through API

I'm trying to generate my datasets through the API exclusively. I can easily create them and upload files, but I don't know how to define the retrieval method through the API.

By default, they're set to "vectorial search" while I'd like them to be in "Hybrid search". Is there a simple way to do it via the documented API, or is it only possible through the console API?
