Description
Currently, the workflow batch run in Dify lacks the ability to configure concurrency. This limitation often leads to API requests exceeding the quota, resulting in failed or delayed executions.

Proposed Solution
Add an option to configure the concurrency level for batch runs in the workflow settings. This would allow users to limit the number of simultaneous API requests, ensuring that quotas are not exceeded.
