For accessibility purposes I want to use this icon.
Use case 1: Currently i'm working on a website that includes multiple public spacis in our city, they are for all kind of users and I would like to indicate that the space is available for blind users as well. Use case 2: Every personal website of public space can show how accessible they are. For example a restaurant that has a braille menu can indicate that they are accessible. Even though it would be important to have a proper alt text for this, it's still inclusive to also use the correct icon.
Besides that I feel like this is part of the basics of accessibility icons. If there is a wheelchair, there should also be an icon for deaf users and blind users.

I have searched if someone has submitted a similar issue before and there weren't any. (Please make sure to also search closed issues, as this issue might already have been resolved.)
I have searched existing icons to make sure it does not already exist and I didn't find any.
I am not requesting a brand logo and the art is not protected by copyright.
I am not requesting an icon that includes religious, political imagery or hate symbols.
I have provided appropriate use cases for the icon(s) requested.
