I am no expert - this is the first ruby app I have ever dealt with, so bear with me.
I managed to get your plugin installed so it appears in the plugins section under Administration > Plugins. I ran the rake command and it completed successfully.
Now I can see the check box on the project tab for Bugcloud. However, as soon as I check it and save the project, the entire project then has a 404 not found error. The only way I have found out of this scenario is to restore from backup.
I am using Redmine 2.1.2 on a plain-jane Windows installation of the BitNami Redmine Stack. I suspect the issue has something to do with the fact that the directory structure is not the same as I have found in much of the documentation online. For example, the rakefile is no longer in the location suggested on so many plugins:
\apps\redmine
Instead it is at:
\apps\redmine\htdocs
Also, the plugins directory is not at:
\apps\redmine\vendors\plugins
Instead, it is at:
\apps\redmine\htdocs\plugins
So, in short I am undecided if this is an issue with the plugin or an issue with my setup. Please assist.
