Getting requirements to build wheel ... error #177

Hi, when cloning and running the install cmd 'pip install -r requirements.txt', I get an error to build 'wheel'.
Pulled the latest on main and have Python 3.13.1 installed.
Any idea what I'm missing? Thanks!
