Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Yes - I want it to be easier for people to successfully run nf-core pipelines on their infrastructure. We have this page here (https://nf-co.re/configs) but it's unclear whether those configs actually work.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like for their to be a date next to the configs. My assumption is that most active infrastructure has some changes to it that require a change to the config. My assumption is that the more recent the config, the higher probability it has of actually working.

Describe alternatives you've considered
None. This seems like a small change. Actual verification of the config working would require significant effort.

Additional context
We want more people to know that these configs exists and to use them as much as possible when they are getting started with Nextflow.
