Directory/file name conflict when getting capabilities

cadctools/cadcutils/cadcutils/net/ws.py in the class WsCapabilities in the function _get_content
It is called when looking up a url from a resource id, get_access_url(), and the capabilities is downloaded. The files are all saved in the same directory when I access the /tap server it downloads a file called tap but then when I try to access /tap/maq it can't create a directory called tap to save the file maq in becuase the file tap already exists.
