WebUI part: owncloud/docs-webui#123
ocis-repo: owncloud/ocis#6014

Exporting to GDPR not only has a WebUI but also a backend component with respect to configuration for data that comes from external sources like keycloak (or ldap?) @ainmosni

Due to the importance of this topic, we should give this extra space using an own document.
Possibly as a subsection in Deployment.
