Hello ! I would like to propose something I need and others may need.

I am deploying passwordpusher in my company. I would like to permit new users to enroll via an email demand.

Currently, if the option is set to "true", anyone can access to the register page and create an account on his own. I want that the user ask me/us to create an account,
I know it can already be done by creating by ourselves his account from admin console, but a way for a new user to ask an enrollment by sending a mail from the UI itself would be nice !
