Main goal: provide listing for starred repo, using local db storage to hold the data.

• Provide listing for user's starred repo
• Show last commit, and last release
• Can update periodically (probably will check update each first run, and will check again after N interval)
• Show notification when the repo has new release.

any other ideas?
