Change testing data to what's used in MNE #15

I uploaded a set of recordings to MNE covering NIRSTAR 15.0 to 15.2 with and without short channels. These are more complete than what is currently used here, and they are stored in better place than my personal S3.

I could possibly also test against MNE using MNE.jl
