Describe the bug
I am unable to render the website.

To Reproduce

Clone the repo and open it in RStudio on main (commit 584a344)
Click on 'Build Website' in "Build" pane
See error:

Rendering: ./index.Rmd
pandoc: /opensearch.xml: openBinaryFile: does not exist (No such file or directory)
Error: pandoc document conversion failed with error 1
Execution halted

Exited with status 1.

Expected behavior
The website to render

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Mac 12.6

Additional context
Pandoc --version:

pandoc 2.19.2
Compiled with pandoc-types 1.22.2.1, texmath 0.12.5.2, skylighting 0.13,
citeproc 0.8.0.1, ipynb 0.2, hslua 2.2.1
Scripting engine: Lua 5.4
