In Chrome starting with version 4.0.0, the Popout player window does not (re)open to the correct/configured size under the following conditions:

  1. There is a secondary monitor that has a higher resolution than the primary monitor.
  2. The Popout Player is set to open on a secondary monitor, either by manually setting the position values or by using the "remember position" functionality and moving the Popout Player window to the secondary monitor.
  3. The Popout Player is set to a size that is larger than the resolution of the primary monitor, either by manually setting the size values or by using the "remember size" functionality and resizing the Popout Player window.

Note that after the Popout Player window is opened on or moved to the secondary monitor, it can be manually sized larger than the resolution of the primary monitor, and that size is saved correctly, but the next time the Popout Player window is opened, it is restricted to the width and/or height of the primary monitor.

This bug does not appear to be present in FIrefox (v91).
