[v4] - How to add these sidebar categories?

I successfully set up the v4.

I have a question. The Nextra docs have these:

(Themes and More).

Can we use these things as well?

Managed to do it with

    title: <h1>More</h1>,
  },

[ftzi]

However, this doesn't work as the first item; index always comes first. I would like to have this "category" above all as well
