As discussed in #3284, our readthedocs config is not a hands-off automated artifact from Python source. Rather, manual curation is needed.

(Changing that is another project entirely, outside the scope this request.)

Files in https://github.com/single-cell-data/TileDB-SOMA/tree/main/doc/source need to be updated to reflect recent changes to the spatial API.

@jp-dark @XanthosXanthopoulos I'm happy for either one of you to work on this. Also, I am happy to consult if needed.
