I chose this topic because I thought it would be easy.
Really not sure what knowledge you need for this possibly Certified Cloud Practitioner.
Step 1 — Log into your Root Account and Click on your Profile Name and click on My Billing Dashboard
Step 3 — Select Free Tier Usuage Alert and Select Receieve Billing Alerts then click on Manage Billing Alerts
I got stuck looking for billing alarm. Thought maybee billing alarm was the same as creating a budget but it's not. When it would ask to select metrics I was lost. In the end I learned how to make a $5 budget.
Not sure what I want to do next, I will select a new project tomorrow.
