layer speed swap -

How to reproduce

Set layers time parameters and check in anycubic original software.

The Anycubic slicer is the only slicer I know that use inverted logic for those. However, they are correctly set and assign in the file.
UVtools show in order like chitubox and lychee: 1st retract is fast, 2nd retract is slow. And by your image values look correct to me.

By common sense order is: Lift slow - Lift Fast - Retract Fast - Retract Slow. However in anycubic [0] is slow and [1] is fast (Inverted in UI logic)
