Update and publish risk assessments for Tech Days

The risk assessments for the Tech Day needs updating for SR2025 and publishing to schools.

We also need to make sure that there is a process for recording any incidents that occur during each Tech Day.

Required actions:

• Update the risk assessment for Horsham Tech Days #1482
• Update the risk assessment for Cambridge Tech Days #1483
• Publish the risk assessment to schools

I feel I asked this somewhere but can't remember what the conclusion was. @WillB97 what's the expectation around publishing these? Do we need to get them on the website, or is having them linked from these tickets/in the drive enough?
