Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The current All-view isn't great for organizing authenticators.

Describe the solution you'd like
An option or another view where related authenticators are visually grouped together.

It's complicated somewhat by categories behaving like tags, not being mutually exclusive, but it would be useful even with duplicate entries for each category block.
